I had called in to confirm an appointment that I tried to make through their website, I was told I would have to get in a different day. When I called to reschedule today, I was told that since I was a no show for the original appointment (that I called and was told I did not have) I am not able to schedule with them at all. Extremely disappointed that a place with such great reviews and seeming staff gives a one and done chance when obvious miscommunications occur.

I was always very insecure about my smile, my teeth were very crooked but at smile care they helped fix that. I got Invisalign’s and in a couple months I started seeing the results and less then a year my teeth were straight. I’m so thankful for everyone there who helped make that happen.

My husband was in an inmense amount of pain , I called Smile Care Group and they gave him an emergency appointment right away. As soon as we arrived we were greeted very kindly, everyone very professional and concerned on how he was doing. The Dr took her time to talk to us and made sure my husband was comfortable. After his appointment, to my surprise the Dr called us at home to see how he was doing. Amazing customer service. I could not recommend Dr. Rashi at Smile Care Group more. Like many of us who are experiencing rising health care costs or just completely uninsured, Smile Care Group offers a dental care plan that I find affordable and practical to cover regular cleanings and X-rays. Every interaction with staff is above and beyond in kindness and clarity. Dr. Rashi has always made sure I understand next steps in my dental care and only recommends what is absolutely necessary. She is kind, competent, and thorough. It is a majority women staff and diverse at that, so I feel extremely comfortable there and will always recommend it to anyone in search of a new dentist!

Best dentist I’ve ever been too. Straight forward yet maintains great bedside manner among all staff. Very caring and attentive to children as well :) always lets me in the room with my youngest child as well! Wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else
